Pricing

Our fee for services are built into package pricing. We are able to offer you great pricing based on our negotiated and special rates with our vendors and partners.  All prices are based on availability and will be confirmed prior to booking.  A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking to guarantee services. All cancellation fees will be noted for each package at time of booking. The majority of the price ranges listed are based on programs that are 3 day/2 night stays. Our forum retreat programs offer you locations (hotels and meeting venues), activities (choose from seasonal options) food, and optional transport and facilitators. Alcohol will generally be paid for on consumption at the time of purchase. The packages can range in number of days and accommodations are based on double and single occupancy supplements where applicable.
